Instructions:

Step 1: Enter your email address in the Email field below.

Step 2: Press SUBMIT and an email will be sent with a link to create a password.

Step 3: Open your email and click on the link to create a password.

Step 4: Enter a new password, confirm password then click on CHANGE PASSWORD.
