Set Up a New Family Account

New ACA families, please fill out the form below to start your application. If you are applying for more than one child, select "Add a Child" at the end of the form to fill out the form for additional children. Once you have added all the prospective children in your family, select "Continue to Admissions Portal."

Current ACA families, you do not need to set up an account as indicated by your existing prefilled household information. To start an application for a new child, follow the next two steps.

Step 1. Skip the application user information and please enter the child's vitals below in the student information area.
Step 2. Click "Continue to Admissions Portal"
